Ioannis Fronimakis
Managing Director
Ioannis is the founder of Phoenix Villas Real Estate-Construction company with many years of experience in the field. Born and raised in Gavalochori, Chania, Ioannis has built over the years a strong stable reputation by working hard and providing the best quality services possible. With a large network of partnerships, he personally quarantees the best client service and project delivery.

Elena Fronimakis
Lawyer-Adviser
Elena graduated from the school of Law in Moscow University in 2015. She joined Phoenix Real Estate-Construction in 2017 and she has an active role in consulting our clients regarding the Greek Real Estate and Construction Law.

Dionysis Terehov
Architect
Dionysis graduated from the School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Chania. He has completed various projects and he is an expert on the Greek Building Law provisions and a practised property management consultant.

Angelina Angelakopoulou
Customer Service
Angelina holds a BSc in Business Administration with a double major concentration in Marketing and Real Estate from the California State University, Long Beach. She worked as a Realtor Marketing Consultant in Irvine, CA for five years. Angelina moved in Chania, Crete two years ago and joined Phoenix to share her international experience.
